GGC senior men

GLADSTONE -- Gary Bricco and Steve Bratonia each carded 74 to lead the Gladstone Golf Club Senior Men's League 18-hole scores Monday night.

Wayne Marshall 75, Kelly Shea and Jeff Bratonia 76, Don Chouinard 78 and Mark Depuydt, Dwayn Coulliard and Dale Hongisto at 70 were the remaining 18-hole scores.

Cully Callouette 36 led the 9-hole scores with Korey Smith 38 and Adam Scheeneman, Alex Chouinard and Kirk Millette at 39 rounded out those scores.

Terrace Bluff ladies

GLADSTONE -- Amy Stupak and Betty Fleury both shot 41 to lead the Terrace Bluff Ladies League this week.

Judy LaFleur 44, Denise Wilson 45, Sarah Carlson 47, Naty Steele, Mel Beauchamp and Julie Mayville all at 48 and Courtney Nevala and Mary Johnson both at 49 capped off the under 50 scores.

Oaks ladies

GLADSTONE -- The Oaks Ladies League was led Monday night by Karen McCorkle who finished with a 38.

Pat DeGrave, Rosie Spindler, Becky Papaik and Jami Pond 43, Debbie Peterson 44, Sharon Pinar and Krystal Robinette 45, Mary Bergman, Dee Cavadeas and Robin Schwartz 47, Sue Cossette, Mary Clement, Sally Erkkila and Morgan Whitehead 48, Cheryl Kamin, Patty Kremers and Denise Porath 49 were the remaining under 50 scores.

ESCANABA -- Registration is now open for the 74th Annual Michigan-Wisconsin Tennis Open which will take place on area tennis courts August 7 and 8.

Entry forms for singles (20 dollars) or doubles (24 dollars per team) can be found online at www.escanaba.org or at the Escanaba Civic Center.

Entry forms must be mailed to the Escanaba Recreation Department, P.O. box 948, Escanaba MI, 49829. Checks must be made payable to Esky Tennis.
