North Central senior Fabian Chartier on Friday signed a Division III Celebratory Signing form to play football at Finlandia University.
Charter said he chose Finlandia over Carthage College and Davenport University to be closer to home and the amount of playing time he expects as a defensive lineman. He plans on majoring in nursing at FU. He thanked his family, the coaches at North Central and athletic director Randy McLeod II.
