LAS VEGAS -- Escanaba's Josh Parisian lost in his UFC debut Saturday night in a fight against Parker Porter.
The fight went the three-round distance, leading to a unanimous decision victory (28-29, 27-30, 26-30) for Porter.
Porter and Parisian set a new record during the fight for most significant strikes landed in a three-round heavyweight match, combining for a total of 240 significant strikes.
