SC falls to Norway

NORWAY — Kody Hendricks and Logan Parolini combined for 32 points, with Hendricks netting a game-high 18 as Norway powered past Superior Central 49-21 Monday night in Skyline Central Conference boys basketball action.

The Knights, who held the Cougars scoreless in the second stanza, improved to 11-6 on the season.

“Our defense was much better tonight. We started out hitting our shots, which helped carry us through the game. It was nice to get everyone in the game,” said Norway head coach Jeff Gallino.

Parker Maki led the Cougars with 11 points.

Norway hits the road for the next two games, beginning Thursday night it travels to Rapid River. The Cougars (3-14, 1-12 SC) visit Gwinn Friday.
