Esky, Braves earn academic honors
ESCANABA — The Gladstone and Escanaba boys’ basketball teams each earned BCAM All-State Academic honorable mention for 2018-19.
Gladstone’s cumulative team GPA was 3.515 and Esky’s was 3.357. The Eskymos earned the honor for the fifth year in a row. Esky also earned a spot in the top 100 sportsmanship award for the second year in a row.
The Braves are coached by Dane Quigley and the Eskymos are coached by Tracy Hudson.
