I have known Dave Moyle for over 20 years, he served as the mayor pro term for Escanaba when my wife was mayor. There were several things that stuck out about Dave that I remember to this day, if he said he was going to do something, he did it, and he never failed once to have my wife’s back when she was mayor. Even when he called himself a Democrat, he was a staunch protector and supporter of the Second Amendment. Through the COVID-19 shut downs he did his best to protect bar and restaurant owners when nobody else at the county level would. In his current bid to get reelected, Dave is focused on protecting the Constitution and the quality of life right here in Delta County. Over the years I’ve heard him take responsibility for what he has said or done whether it was popular or not. There’s a lot to be said about a guy who does what he says he’s going to do, and doesn’t engage in the politics of personal destruction.
