Time of the Delta County Board of Commissioners

1-3-23: Moved by Commissioner Petersen and seconded by Commissioner Barron to refer Ethic Complaints or Violations to the State Ethics Board and discontinue the Ethics Committee;

1-17-2023 Moved by Commissioner Barron and seconded by Commissioner Viau to rescind referring Ethic Complaints or Violations to the State Ethics Board as they do not investigate complaints against elected officials. Motion carried;

2-14-2023 – Commissioner Moyle stated, “The Ethics Committee has never been scuttled”;

If the Delta County Board of Commission can continue to distort the truth while at a meeting and while being recorded, should we really listen to any more of their excuses as to why they let the County Administrator go? Seems like this is exactly what she was trying to say about them….and they have proved her correct.

Contact your commissioners. Demand accountability. Demand their resignations. Delta County deserves representation that works with integrity, ethics, and logic.
