My name is Dave Cowen and I am a retiree of the Michigan State Police. I served the State of Michigan for 29 years as a trooper, working various jobs within the department, but always on the road. I tell you this because during those years of working the road it brought me into contact with prosecutors across the Northern Lower peninsula and the Upper Peninsula. During those years by far the best prosecutor I worked with was Lauren Wickman. Lauren is never afraid to make the hard decisions that the law demands. Lauren has shown unquestionable integrity, is always prepared for court, and that she will work hard for justice for the residents of Delta County. It’s for these reasons and more that I am supporting Lauren Wickman for Delta County prosecutor.
