Ethics
EDITOR:
Ethics Video: produced by Commissioner David Moyle(R) October 4, 2020.
Ethics: “Ethics can be tested all the time when you’ve had people offer you things. I know…I won’t even take a case of pop as a commissioner.
Um… you know there are two kinds of people that hold a job like this.
There are those who believe that the position offers them power… and that they are ingratiated some level of status and power. And there are people like you that believe that is a position of servitude and that you help people solve their problems…
Um…A very emotional issue was the wind mill issue, when I was call everything but a white guy. And you know that first response and the first, I guess notion is to respond in like with fire to fire but you can’t do that…
Your Ethics, if you want to be that person that wants to serves the people… are constantly geared in that direction in service.”
I received a copy of Mr. Moyle’s: 2020 Candidate Committee Forms, from Delta County Clerk, Nancy Przewrocki.
What stood out to me was the page: Itemized Other Receipts Schedule 1A-1 Candidate Committee…that Mr. Moyle filed.
Alan J Kostrzewa, Box 2104, Traverse City, MI 49685-2104, Donation: $2,615.26 on 9/29/2020; Marty Legina (Lagina), Box 2104, Traverse City, MI 49685-2104 Donation: $500.00 on 9/2/2020; Delta County Republican Committee, 604 Ludington Street, Escanaba MI Donation: $200.00 0n 10/12/2020; Total $3,315.26
Mr. Moyle as a commissioner was voting on wind, solar, and zoning issues for Delta County while taking contributions from Mr. Kostrzewa and Mr. Lagina from Heritage Sustainable Energy.
So much for Mr. Moyle’s, ethics and not taking a case of pop as a commissioner… looks to me…he took more than a case of pop as a commissioner?
