Joint development of jail property makes sense

In reading the article on the potential development of the city, county and chamber property, I really think the concept of a local joint development between local residents and business interest makes sense. This concept could create a win for the residents, a win for the local developers and a win for local business. The concept is also fully supported by the community Master Plan.
A joint venture simply makes sense. There is an immense power when a group of people with a similar interest get together to work towards the same goals
