Fuller Park boat launch
EDITOR:
For over 10 years, the Fuller Park boat launch was open for use by Delta County taxpayers. This year it is restricted to “campers” — practically none of which live in Delta County. This sign says Delta County taxpayers who park in the formerly designated parking area will have their vehicles towed for parking there. The parks website touts the boat launch, without informing the public that it is now a private launch. If I can’t use this facility but non-taxpayers can, why is any of my tax money going to support the park?
