Whitmer’s popularity

EDITOR:

Sometimes I tune in to MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” just for a chuckle. Tuesday Joe Scarborough delivered a belly laugh that made me spill my coffee.

Discussing President Trump’s interactions with the nation’s governor’s, Scarborough said that Trump is hurting his re-election chance’s by insulting Michigan’s “wildly popular” Gretchen Whitmer.

Joe must be unaware of the 154,000 signature petition to recall Whitmer, or that protests against her COVID-19 restriction’s are scheduled for Wednesday in Lansing.

Scarborough is aware that Whitmer wants to be Joe Biden’s running mate, which means what she really wants is to be President because even if Biden could win (longshot) he wouldn’t be able to finish his term (sure bet). Thus the praise from Scarborough for a swing state governor. So how much does Whitmer really care about Michiganders? How smart, really, is Joe Scarborough?

Meanwhile, in an effort to keep busy, I’ll be snooping around for black market paint.
