Roe vs Wade anniversary
Today, Jan. 22, 2020, marks a grave injustice, the 47th anniversary of the Roe V. Wade, Supreme Court decision. As a result of this ruling over 60 million precious unborn babies have been legally slaughtered in the womb up until birth and denied their God given right to be born. Abortion remains the leading cause of death in America and the world. The latest attack on the unborn is the barbaric and gruesome dismemberment abortion procedure that literally tears a fully formed child apart limb by limb, so that their body parts can be sold for profit.
Right to Life of Delta County along with many others across this nation will remember this day of infamy. Locally a special billboard was located across from the fairgrounds from mid-December up until today with a ultrasound picture of a unborn baby in the womb with this message — Life is the Ultimate Inalienable right. Today a full page signature ad is in the Daily Press with the same picture and message. It will include this Bible verse, “Rescue those who are unjustly sentenced to death, do not stand there and let them die.’ Proverb 24:11
This morning, a bus filled with pro-life supporters left the U.P. from Ispheming to take part in the annual March for Life in Washington D.C. this weekend.
May the Lord bless each and every person for your continued help support and prayers to work to restore and promote a culture of life in our area and country.
