Congress has little respect
EDITOR:
Will we be ready for an onslaught of political rhetoric, the likes of what we have never seen? Congressional hearings expose the limitations of our elected members as they routinely smear and insult potential appointees.
The partisanship shown is a definite turn off to future voters. We will need a turn around in attitude in Congress, to have any credible future for America.
Our present Congress shows little respect for the great possibilities which lie ahead, with proper debate and decision making to put party affiliation ahead of what is in the country’s best interest, is a betrayal of trust.
