Keep an eye on children
EDITOR:
I would like to remind parents to keep a close eye on their children at the Christmas parade this coming Friday. While the lights are beautiful, the darkness, combined with all the lights, also makes it very difficult for drivers to see the children. Children are focused on the candy being thrown and don’t always remember to look before they run out to pick it up. Drivers in large vehicles have an extremely difficult time seeing where children are and cannot stop on a dime. Stay off your phones. Keep an eye on your children. Your whole life can change in a matter of seconds.
