The bridge over the Escanaba River has had nobody working on it in over six weeks. Why haven’t we, as taxpayers, been updated as to what is wrong? All anybody knows is there is a labor dispute. This past week, every possible person in power in Lansing from the governor to the head of MDOT was here. Nothing was said. I would think that somebody trying to get votes would go after that subject. Escanaba Daily Press, TV 6, TV 3 Radio Results Network (they own most of the radio stations) WDBC, WYKX, have had a news “black out”, of sorts. It’s almost like everyone is afraid to report on it. It isn’t like a simple update would kill you, would it? Or would it?

Another winter with that mess again? Sad. We used to build things in Michigan.
