Food baskets for veterans were appreciated

2 min read

This week's bouquets go to:

From Warren O. Bovin, U. S. Air Force veteran – Vietnam War:

To the fine men and women of the Community Foundation for Delta County.

On behalf of us veterans, we truly appreciate your hard work to provide a special veterans Thanksgiving food basket for us.

Please pass on our gratitude to the men, women and grocery stores who gave monetary donations and food donations for us. I was amazed at the variety of a complete meal and more. They were top-of-the-line quality products also. We thank you for "your service." God bless our United States of America,

Donors – Community Foundation for Delta County, Veteran Center, William "Bill" Lake, Greg and Linda Yagodzinski, American Legion Post 301, Feeding America, Susie Carpiaux, Shane Larson BBQ, Brian and Maureen Nelson, Thrivent Action Team Members - Charlie and Kathy Becker, Judy King, Dorothy Kollman, Tony and Connie Mayville, Robin and Jack VanEnkevort, Rotary Club of Escanaba.
