Local restaurants were dealt a devastating blow this week when efforts to prevent the spread of the coronavirus promoted closure of restaurants and bars in Michigan with the exception of takeout orders. Although necessary for public safety, the move has resulted a huge blow to many. Restaurant owners have lost a huge part of their livelihood and are faced with the loss of perishable inventory. Restaurant workers have suddenly found themselves without a job.

Now more than ever is the time to help our neighbors in the restaurant business. Order a takeout meal from one of our many area restaurants. They desperately need our support in this difficult time.
