Wonderful people in Delta County

This week’s bouquets go to:

From Stella and Bruce Andrews:

There are some wonderful people here. On Saturday, Sept. 28, my husband and I had been shopping at Walmart and Elmers and decided to stop at Subway for some lunch. As my husband Bruce was getting out of the car, he fell. A gentleman who was in Subway saw my husband fall on the ground and came running out, and also two others came to help. When they got him on his feet again, they helped get us into to Subway. I ordered our lunch and when I went to pay, the clerk said it was paid for by the fellow that had just been in here. I didn’t know him, but just wanted to say thank you for helping when my husband fell and for our lunch. It was so thoughtful of you for the treat. Thanks, thanks so much.

From St Vincent De Paul of Gladstone:

St Vincent De Paul of Gladstone would like to thank the United Steel Workers for their Strike for Hunger food drive. Because of their generosity, we are better able to help our neighbors in need.
