James ‘Jim’ ‘Chris’ Christensen

ESCANABA — James “Jim” “Chris” Christensen, age 87 of Escanaba, passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at DJ Jacobetti Veteran Home in Marquette. His loving wife Judy (Norman) Christensen is listed among the surviving family. A full obituary will be forthcoming. Family will receive friends on Friday, August 2, from 11 a.m. until noon at the Skradski Family Funeral Home in Escanaba. Funeral services will begin at noon. The Skradski Family Funeral Homes of Delta County are assisting the Christensen family.

ESCANABA — Mary Louise Johnson, age 93, of Escanaba passed away Saturday, July 27, 2024 at Bishop Noa Home in Escanaba. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday August 1, at the Anderson Funeral Home in Escanaba with funeral services to follow in the Anderson Funeral Home Chapel at 4 p.m. The Anderson Funeral Home is assisting the Johnson family with the arrangements.

GLADSTONE — Mary R. Casperson, 87, of Gladstone, passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at her home. Among survivors include her husband, Donald. Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 30 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Crawford Funeral Home, 302 S. 13th St., Escanaba. The funeral service will follow at noon with Rev.
