ESCANABA — Richard “Dick” Vietzke, age 93, formerly of Rapid River and Escanaba, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday, July 11, 2026. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Skradski Funeral Home in Escanaba. A funeral service will be officiated by Fr. Fran DeGroot at 1 p.m. at the Skradski Funeral Home in Escanaba. Dick will be laid to rest in the Gardens of Rest Cemetery. A full obituary will be forthcoming.
