NEGAUNEE -- James "Jim" Hafeman of Negaunee, passed away peacefully at the age of 72 on Tuesday, September 22, 2026.
Listed among survivors include his wife for 43 years, Gretchen.
Services to celebrate Jim's life will take place on Monday, October 12th at the Crawford Funeral Chapel, 1236 Old Hwy 2 & 41, Bark River. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. The Bark River Legion and the Marine Funeral Honor Guard will conduct military honors at 11:45 a.m. The funeral service for Jim will follow at noon with Rev. Rick Courier officiating. (All times Eastern) A luncheon will follow at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church.
