GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Patrick “Pat” Joseph Madden, 60, passed away on September 4, 2026 in Green Bay, WI.
Pat was born on May 25, 1966, in Gladstone, Michigan. He was the child of Douglas and Roseann (Sirola) Madden.
Pat graduated from Gladstone Area Schools Class of 1984. Pat enlisted into the United States Army and proudly served from 1984 until 1987 receiving several awards and medals, including an Army Commendation Medal, 2 Army Achievement medals, Good Conduct Medal, and Tough as Diamonds Award Winner. He served as a Recruiter among other assignments.
He furthered his education at Northern Michigan University, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. Pat was working as Director of Priority Accounts of the Central Region with Novartis Oncology at the time of his passing. Patrick worked for over twenty years in the pharmaceutical industry. He had a passion for Oncology, and helping patients with cancer and other rare diseases receive the lifesaving medicine they need.
Above all, Pat valued his family and his friends. He was a dedicated father who worked tirelessly to not only support his children, but be their biggest cheerleader. He had a fun-loving personality, a great sense of humor, and a knack for spinning a good story. He enjoyed golfing and spending time hunting, fishing and being outdoors with his Gladstone area “buds." He was a lifelong fan of the Green Bay Packers.
Pat is survived by his children Jordan Madden of Chicago, IL, Parker Madden of Tempe, AZ and Isabella Madden of Spring Lake, MI; fiancé and life partner, Mendy Durham of Green Bay, WI; Mendy’s children Drew Durham (Kendall Calamusa) of Charlotte, NC and Drake Durham (Ashley Centeno) of Charlotte, NC; the mother of his children, Nina Madden of Spring Lake, MI; mother Roseann Madden of Gladstone, MI; siblings Stephen (Carolyn) Madden of Norton Shores, MI, Mary (Mark) Malnor of Rapid River, MI and Michael (Alisa) Madden of Gladstone, MI; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Douglas G. Madden.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, September 12, 2026 from 11:00 AM until 1:30 PM at the Skradski Funeral Home in Gladstone. A funeral service will follow with military honors and a funeral service at 1:30 PM at the Skradski Funeral Home in Gladstone.
