ESCANABA — Dr. Gary William Bradley, age 83, of Escanaba, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, July 5, 2026 at the Bishop Noa Home in Escanaba.

Gary William Bradley, born August 20, 1942, to Alvin and Pearl Bradley in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, was a lifelong resident of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. He married the love of his life, Patricia Ann Westin, on May 30, 1963.

Following his graduation from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1966, Gary and Pat moved to Washington, D.C., where Gary proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. After completing his military service, Gary returned to Michigan, where he established his dental practice and raised his family in Escanaba.

In addition to his professional career, Gary was deeply committed to serving his community. He proudly served on the Escanaba School Board, participated on numerous bank boards, and was an active member of the Escanaba Elks and the Masonic Lodge.

Gary is survived by his devoted wife of more than 60 years, Patricia; his three children, Annette (Bill) Dufour, Barbie (Cory) Gildersleeve, and Don (Lisa) Bradley; his grandchildren, Kevin (Faith) Beazley, Jake (Jenna) Eastin, Kennedy (Louie) Ronayne, George (Kiana) Eastin, Lily Bradley, and Tess Bradley; and his great-grandchildren, Kollyns Ronayne, Brock Beazley, Beckham Ronayne, Banks Eastin, and Jett Beazley.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Pearl Bradley, and his brother, Donald Thomas Bradley.

Gary will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his profession, his community, and his country. His legacy of service, integrity, and kindness will continue to live on through all who knew and loved him.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, July 9, 2026 from 1:00 until 3:00 PM at the Skradski Funeral Home in Escanaba. Military Honors will be presented by the Delta County Veteran Council at 3:00 PM and a memorial service honoring Gary’s life will follow with Pastor Jordan Pardee officiating at the Skradski Funeral Home in Escanaba. A gathering will follow at the Escanaba Elks Lodge #354. Gary will be laid to rest in the Gardens of Rest Cemetery in Wells.
