Christopher Bryant II

He was born on November 8, 1992 in Manistique, son to Christopher Shawn Bryant and Tammy Jean (Henry) Gustafson.

Chris had a love for the outdoors and working outside. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and looking at the night sky. He was a jokester who always made others laugh. Chris always put others first and had the biggest heart, always taking pride in helping others. Material things didn’t matter to Chris, but he cherished his family, friends, animals and loved kids.

Among survivors include his mother, Tammy (Scott) Gustafson of Escanaba; siblings, Shawna Bryant (Daniel Burch) of Escanaba, Jason Gustafson (Savannah DeMars) of Gladstone, and Payton Gustafson (Adam Scheeneman) of Gladstone; three nephews, Breckin Gustafson and Brooks and Baker Scheeneman; grandfather, David Henry of Isabella; two uncles, Scott (Deb) Bryant of Newberry and Corey (Christina) Henry of Georgia; special cousins, CJ, Sarah, and Alexis; and many other beloved cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Christopher Bryant; grandparents, Kenneth and Lola Bryant and Sally Henry.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 30th from 2 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. at the Crawford Funeral Home, 302 S. 13th St., Escanaba. The funeral service will follow at 3:30 p.m. with Pastor Lily Brondyke officiating.
