Ruth A. McNamee (Phelps), age 83, of Gwinn, passed away on Friday, May 1, 2026 at Aurora Bay Healthcare in Green Bay, WI. A graveside service is scheduled for Monday, June 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Masonville Township Cemetery in Rapid River. A full obituary will be forthcoming.
