Mark Johnston
Mark A. Johnston, age 56, of Rapid River, passed away on Monday, February 9, 2026 at his home.
Mark was born November 5, 1969 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Wallace Emil and Sandra Gibbons. He served in the United States Army from 1988 to 1990 and was recalled into service to serve during the Gulf War.
Mark is survived by his sister, Janet Johnston and brother, Richard Johnston and extended close family.
Military Honors will be presented on Wednesday, May 27 at 2:00 PM by the Rapid River American Legion Post 301 in the Rapid River Cemetery. A luncheon will follow in the Masonville Township Hall.
