Richard A. Belanger
ESCANABA – Richard A. “Rick” Belanger, 71, of Escanaba, passed away at home on Sunday, February 15, 2026, after a courageous three-year battle with esophageal cancer.
Rick is survived by his wife, Peggy; mother, Donna Belanger; and daughters, Becky Pamperin, Amy Dier, Cindy Belanger, and Jennie Shepich.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, February 22, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Crawford Funeral Home, 302 South 13th Street, Escanaba. The Elks memorial service will take place at 2:45 p.m. followed by the funeral service at 3 p.m. with Deacon Mike LeBeau officiating.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be directed to the family, and a memorial in Rick’s name will be established at a later date.
The Crawford Funeral Homes are assisting the Belanger family.
