David C. Phalen

David was born on May 24, 1949, in Escanaba, Michigan the son of David R. Phalen and Elaine Tardiff. He attended and graduated from Gladstone Area Schools class of 1967. He enlisted in the United States Army. He was stationed in Germany.

David was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting and trapping. His nickname was Crow. He also loved riding his Harley Davidson.

David is survived by: sons: David A. Phalen of Gladstone, Robert Phalen of Marinette, Wisconsin, brother: Dan Phalen of Escanaba, 9 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

Dave was preceded in death by: parents, wife: Cheryl Lee Marie Phalen, daughter: Dayna Phalen, granddaughter: Cynthia Lee, daughter-in-law: Becky Phalen.
