Sandy loved to spend time with her family and also enjoyed working in the yard, in her flower gardens, doing word searches, playing Sudoko, cooking, and baking.

In addition to her loving husband, Jerry, Sandy is survived by her two children Jerry (Chris) Newhouse and Lisa (fiancé Keith Russotto) Marenger. She has six grandchildren, who meant the world to her: Austin, Parker, and Cameron Newhouse; Tyler (fiancé Emma), Brenan, and Alexis Marenger. Sandy also has three great grandchildren.

Sandy was the oldest of eight girls and is survived by Pat (Dennis) O’Connell, Judy (Dan) Hansen, Cheryl Burgess, JoEllen (Bob) DuPont, Rose (Chris) Russell, and Lori (Jon) Brayak. She is also survived by four brothers-in-law: Jim, Ron (Loveta Calhoun), and Mike (Cindy) Newhouse and Robert Smith.
