ESCANABA — Sharon Lynn Frazer, 73, of Escanaba, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at OSF St. Francis Hospital.
Sharon was born on March 31, 1952 in Escanaba, daughter to William Gerald and Evelyn Pearl (Kitchin) Rodgers. She attended Escanaba High School.
On December 6, 1980, the former Sharon Rodgers married Patrick David Frazer in Escanaba at their home.
She worked at the Escanaba Steam Laundry for many years but her main job was being a devoted wife and mother to her family.
Sharon will be remembered for her witty personality and her beautiful crafts. She loved shopping in Hobby Lobby and enjoyed thrifting. She also enjoyed traveling, especially to Florida, and wintered there with her husband. Above all, Sharon loved her home, her family, and her dogs, Roxy and Riley.
Sharon was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Church
Among survivors include her husband, Pat; children, Denny (Tracy) Bourdeau, Duane (Kristen) Bourdeau, and Matthew Frazer, all of Escanaba; grandchildren, DJ, Dustin, Zach, Spencer, and Gunner Bourdeau; siblings, Marilyn (James) Kern, Sandra (Leo) Couillard, and Duane Lindstrom; and several nieces and nephews including niece Shayna, who she had a special relationship with.
Along with her parents, Sharon is preceded in death by siblings, Richard Rodgers and Ruth Ann Rodgers.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at the Crawford Funeral Homes, 302 S 13th St, from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 4 p.m. with Rev. Rick Courier officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to the Delta County Animal Shelter, 6975 County 426 M.5 Rd, Escanaba, MI 49829. Messages of condolence can be directed to the family at www.crawfordfuneralhomes.net. The Crawford Funeral Homes are assisting the family.
