Harold Eddie Anderson

YUMA, Ariz. — Harold Eddie Anderson (Hal), 74, of Yuma, Arizona, was born in Hancock, Michigan on December 30, 1959, and passed away at home from a cardiac arrest.

Hal is survived by his wife of 53 years, Kathy Anderson, son Eric (Candice Choker-Anderson), and daughter-in-law, Kristina Palka-Anderson, bonus daughter, Elaine Chen (Mike Zhao, brothers Charles (Beth) and Thomas Anderson, nephews Nicholas Shawn and William Anderson, Jace Daniel, niece, Heather Anderson-McWhirter (Dustin), grandchildren Rory Choker, Owen, Jayden, Dylan, and Collin Anderson, bonus grandson Eddie Zhao. Great nephews Austin and Brody McWhirter. Noah Guizzetti, Ivan, and Zahn Anderson. Lots of cousins and friends survive.

Preceded in death were parents, Charles and Rosamond Anderson, sister Shelia Anderson, bother James Anderson and beloved son, Jacob Anderson.

His greatest joys were family, especially his grandchildren whom he loved deeply. Dogs, Gigi and Phoebe, which he took everywhere with him. Hal had a great love for the outdoors, especially boondocking. He made 3 campers for his trips. He loved folk music festivals in Marquette.

Hal was a kind, caring, and gentle man. Evan in death, as she donated his body to Research For Life.
