Raymond ‘Pokey’ H. Warner

Ray was born February 26, 1938 in Escanaba, the son of Ray and Melissa (Londo) Warner. He was united in marriage to Edith Noggle on April 29, 1961 at All Saints Church in Gladstone. Ray was a proud veteran who served in the United States Navy. He was employed at Michigan Bell as a Lineman and Splicer.

Ray loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle.

Ray is survived by his sons, David (Judy), Scott and Tim Warner; daughter, Lori Warner; grandchildren, Michael and Kevin Botwright; great-grandchildren, Devon, Justin and Chloe; step grandchildren, Michael (Melissa) Sherman, Vincent (Susan) Sherman and Jennifer (Mickey) Larson; step great grandchildren, Taylor, Kyan, Nolan, Brayden, Mya, Veda and Emery and numerous nieces and nephews.

Ray was preceded in death by his parents, loving wife Edie and sisters, Elizabeth Hjort and Donna Lucas.
