Julianne K. Servant
BRAMPTON — Julianne K. Servant, age 76, of Brampton passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday morning, October 17, 2024 at her home.
Julianne was born October 17, 1948 in Escanaba the daughter of Raymond R. and Mildred M. (Blixt) Jensen. She attended and graduated from Escanaba Area Schools Class of 1966.
Julianne was united in marriage to Wayne Servant on September 21, 1968 in Escanaba. Together they raised their six children in Brampton. Once her children were in school, Julianne worked in the kitchen at Mid Peninsula Schools. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and crafts. She also enjoyed gardening and canning. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church for many years.
Julianne is survived by sons, Carl (Christy) Servant of Brampton, and Keith (Kat) Servant of Rock; daughters, Tammy (Brad) DeLaet of Wausakee, Wis., Susan (Chris) Bullard of Dayton, Wyo., Nancy (Gary Jackson) Kerr of Lake Odessa, Mich., Carolyn (Rick) Cryderman of Brampton, Mich.; stepson, Wayne Gogas of Green Bay, Wis.; stepdaughter, Pattie Beauchamp of Escanaba, Mich.; brother-in-law, Jon Servant; sisters-in-law, Joyce Jensen and Darlene Jensen; grandchildren, Preston, Joe, Jessica (Matt), Nixon, Dakota, Derek, Christopher, Austin, Aubreanna, Blake, Dominick, Niecy, Nash, Colton, Dylan, Willow, Mitchell and Tony (Eyricka); great-grandchildren, Mikeal, Andrew and Dylan; good griend, Mary Ring; furry friend, Sassy; and several nieces, nephews and cousins
In addition to her parents and husband, Wayne Servant, Julianne is preceded in death by brothers, Clifford, John and Robert Jensen; sister, Nancy (David) Anderson; stepdaughter, Lynn Johnson; grandson, Dalton; sisters-in-law, Marlene Servant and Janet (Clarence) Benoit.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, from 2 until 4 p.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Escanaba. A funeral service will follow visiting hours at 4 p.m. with Pastor Mike Markwell officiating. A luncheon will take place in the church hall immediately after. Julianne will be laid to rest in the Perkins cemetery next to her husband.
