Thomas ‘Tom’ Bert Motto
WILSON — Thomas “Tom” Bert Motto, 61, passed away unexpectedly at home of natural causes on June 28, 2024. He was born to the late Bert and Shirley (Harris) Motto on May 10, 1963.
Tom graduated from Carney-Nadeau High School in 1982 and was employed with Robinson Furniture until their closing. He then worked for Superior Cedar Products in Carney for over 20 years.
Tom was an avid deer and turkey hunter and was always the guy to get “the big ones” each and every year.
Tom is survived by his brothers, James (Nancy) Motto of Wilson and William (Brenda) Motto of Escanaba; sister, Diane (Mark Sleeter) Motto of Gladstone; nephews, Travis Motto and Devin Beauchamp; great nephew, Virgil Motto, and special cousin, Joan Kirby.
He was preceded in death by his parents; niece, Sarah Motto; grandparents, and numerous aunts and uncles.
In keeping with the family’s wishes, there will be no public services. The Crawford Funeral Home is assisting the family.
