KIPLING — Betty J. Petter, age 76, of Kipling, formerly of Texas, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, June 16, 2024, at her home. In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held. The Skradski Family Funeral Homes of Delta County are assisting the Petter family.
