Grace L. Motto
GREEN BAY — Grace L. Motto, 78, of Green Bay, formerly of Escanaba passed away peacefully on January 19, 2024 at St. Vincent Hospital. Grace was born on July 4, 1945 in Escanaba, Mich. to the late Ormal and Elaine Posenke. Before moving to Green Bay, Grace spent most of her life in Michigan where she met and eventually married the late Ray Motto.
Grace is survived by four siblings, two sisters: Arlene Bizeau and June Herbst of Green Bay; two brothers: Clifford (Mary) Posenke of Green Bay and Ormal (Carol) Posenke of Escanaba, Mich.; one sister-in-law, Mary Posenke, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ray Motto, a brother, Jack Posenke, two nephews: Robbie and Bryan Posenke; and one niece, Marsha Posenke.
Burial will take place at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 15, at Lakeview Cemetery in Escanaba, with Rev. Steve Cowen officiating. A luncheon will be served following the burial services in the Ludington Room, located in the Anderson Funeral Home in Escanaba.
