Bruce G. Pepin

He was born December 13, 1947 in Escanaba, the son of George J. and Mary E. (Denoo) Pepin, Jr. Bruce graduated from Escanaba Area Senior High School and worked as a mechanic/welder for the U.P. Plumbers and Pipefitters Union.

He enjoyed building and working on race cars, fishing, hunting, and having coffee with his garage buddies (Milt, Harv, Lee, Stan, Ron, and others who stopped by).

Survivors include his three children, Ed (Michaell), Tina, and Kathy Pepin (Terry Williquette); and his siblings, George (Terri) Pepin, Cindy (Ron) Sundstrom, Wendy Pepin, Fran Majestic (Walter Jourdain), and Sherry Dyszel. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Rick Pepin (Anna Monson), Mike Bodnar, Mitch Kelly, Jessica Bottelman, Kyle Williquette, and Anthony Tribby, along with three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He will be missed by his special nephew Christopher Pepin and family, special niece Mona Pepin, and special friends Milt and Jane Anderson, and Pat and Jessie Denome.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by Rick (brother) and Pat Pepin, and his infant sister Terry.

Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, January 26 at the Crawford Funeral Home, 302 S. 13th St., Escanaba.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family or Bay College to help fund the Bay College Tech scholarship in the names of Richard and Bruce Pepin.
