Donna F. Dubord
WETMORE — Donna F. Dubord, 73, previously of Escanaba, Mich. passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2023 surrounded by her loving family at Bellin Health in Green Bay, Wis. She was born on November 9, 1950 in Escanaba to the late Russell H. and Patricia Ann (Lancour) Ross Sr.
Donna graduated from Escanaba High School, class of 1970. On July 24, 1971 she married James Dubord at St. Thomas church in Escanaba. Together they had two daughters, Shannon and Shellie.
Donna is survived by her husband, Jim; two daughters, Shannon (Mary) Dubord and Shellie (Luke) Fehrenbach; grandchildren, McKena, Sean and Riley; siblings, Russ (Mary) Ross, Dan (Ardy) Ross, Debbie (Mark) Hackleman and Tom (Peg Ryan) Ross; in-laws Tom (Mary) Dubord, Sue (Bob) Rowley, Cindy (Dave) Revis, Gary (Sue) Dubord, Patty Carlson, Chuck (Lila) Dubord and Amy (John) Collingwood; along with nieces, nephews and many friends.
Donna will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, mother-in-law and most importantly as a grandmother. Her grandchildren were her greatest joy. She was the heart and soul of the family and a constant source of love, encouragement and humor.
Along with her parents, Donna is preceded in death by her in-laws, Jim and Jean Dubord; sisters, Robin Charlebois and Jeri Juhl; and brother, Randy Ross.
A celebration of life for Donna will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, December 28 at USW Local Hall (1201 Sheridan Rd, Escanaba)
