Lisa Marie Latvala

She was born on June 8, 1969 in Munising, daughter to Kenneth W. Latvala and Christine M. Vrooman. Lisa was raised in Virginia and worked at a variety of restaurants over the years.

In 2019, Lisa suffered a stroke and has lovingly been cared for by the staff of Christian Park Health Care Center.

She loved hiking, fishing, traveling, and reading.

Among survivors are her father, Kenneth W. (Darlene) Latvala of Escanaba; mother, Christine M. (Daryl) Heidtman; two daughters, Melissa Krysa and Alissa Krysa; stepsisters, Brenda and Kristi; and best friend, Julie Alvey.
