Henry M. ‘Hank’ Polishak
BARK RIVER — Henry M. “Hank” Polishak, 93, passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at Cedar Hill Assisted Living in Bark River.
Visitation will be on Thursday, November 16 at the Crawford Funeral Chapel in Bark River from 10:30 a.m. until military honors at 12:15 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 1 p.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Bark River with Rev. Darryl Pepin officiating. A meal will follow in the church hall.
Burial will take place at St. Michael’s Cemetery in Perronville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials would respectfully be asked to be directed to the U.P. Honor Flight.
