GLADSTONE — William “Bill” Springer, age 74, of Gladstone passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, September 10, 2023.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 16 from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Memorial United Methodist Church in Gladstone. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. with a luncheon to follow in the fellowship hall.
