William ‘Bill’ Springer

Bill is survived by his brother, Ben (Val) Troup of Russellville, Kentucky; sister, Theresa Ladd of St. Louis, Missouri; son, Robert Livingston; daughter, Melissa (John) Ettenhofer; grandchildren, Airyn and Rayne Livingston, Holly (Kurtis) Cross, Daniel (Kaitlyn) Ettenhofer, Allie Ettenhofer, Tyler LaFond, Zaine and Sarah Dowd and Hannah Simmons; great-grandchildren, Anden, Audrie, Addison and Paisley and a cousin, Rhonda Mulligan.

He was preceded in death by his wives, Paula and Patricia Springer, his daughter, Julie Tufnell, his mother, Jane (Mulligan) Troup and his father, Merrill Springer.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 16 from 12 to 2 p.m. at the Memorial United Methodist Church in Gladstone. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. with Pastor Terri Branstrom officiating. A luncheon will follow in the fellowship hall.
