Patricia Ann Fredrickson (Kendzorski)

ESCANABA — Patricia Ann Fredrickson (Kendzorski), 76, of Escanaba, passed away on August 23, 2021, at Christain Park Village of respiratory failure and COPD. Pat was born on Jan. 6, 1945, to John and Lottie Kendzorski in Detroit. She is one of eight siblings. She attended Ascension Roman Catholic school and graduated from St. Apostle Catholic High school in Detroit. Latter she met and married Thomas Fredrickson on Nov. 11 1966. She has two children, Eugene Fredrickson and Marion Fredrickson. She also has three grandchildren, Michael Desotell, MaryEllen Desotell, and Megan Desotell; and one great-granddaughter, Hailey. She has three sisters, LaFern Kulik, Rosemary Smith (Raymond), MaryEllen Hoerig; and four brothers, John Kendzorski (Gladys), Jeff Kendzorski (Char), and Joel Kendzorski (Jan), and many nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death was her husband, Thomas; and brother, Jerome Kendzorski. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Escanaba. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She loved to read and do contests. She was a hardworker, loved to be a 4-H volunteer, and loved making hats on a loom. She had several jobs, including one at Adult Learning Systems for over 20 years. She will be missed by many.
