OSHKOSH, Wis. — Joel D. Williams, 33, passed away in Oshkosh, Wis. at Mercy Medical Center on October 26, 2021, of natural causes. He was born in Oshkosh, Wis. on May 24, 1988.
Joel enjoyed spending time with his sons, playing basketball and video games, and working out. He also loved to spend time with his family and watch his favorite football team, the Detroit Lions. He will be remembered fondly for how much he loved his boys, his smirky smile, his heart of gold, and the love he had for his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Melissa Williams; children, Christian Williams and Cameryn Williams; mother, Sharon (Jerry) Norman; siblings, Jason (Rebecca) Williams, Jennifer (Larry Jr.) Johnson, and Jamie (Jesse) Motto; by his mother-in-law, Tracey (Robert) Gebauer; and by his sisters-in-laws, Shealyn (Alan) LaCarte, and Michelle Gebauer; as well as many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved grandma Helen Williams and father figure Charles Culliton.
There will be a celebration of life held on November 14 at 3:30 p.m. EST in Gladstone, Mich. at The Dew, and a celebration of life at a later date in Oshkosh, Wis.
