NEENAH, Wis. — Mark Charles Royer, 57, of Neenah, passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2021 due to complications of COVID 19 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Appleton.
A Celebration of Mark’s life will be held on Friday, September 17, from 5 to 8 p.m. at REVS BAR & GRILL (275 N. Washburn St., Oshkosh, WI 54904).
