Angeline ‘Angie’ M. Malone
HERMANSVILLE — Angeline “Angie” M. Malone, 99, Hermansville, was reunited with her heavenly father on August 25, 2021. Angeline was born on July 4, 1922, in Bagley-Pound, Wis. to her parents, Frederick and Wilhelmina (Czudnochowski) Cudnohufsky, who emigrated from Prussia. Frederick and Wilhelmina welcomed Angeline into a large family as the 15th child of 17 children. Angeline and her family relocated to Hermansville, Mich. when she was a young girl where she attended school, tended the large family gardens, and cared for the many farm animals while growing up on her parents’ farm in the Vega area.
Angeline’s whole family was musically gifted. They formed a family band and played country music in the local area. She had her singing debut on the radio in Menominee, Mich. when she was a teenager.
On December 21, 1940, she married Joseph “Tony” Malone in Iron Mountain, Mich. They were happily married for 55 years and had three children: James, Bonnie, and Joanne. She had many hobbies throughout the years such as sewing, crocheting, and tending to her beautiful flower garden. She loved caring for the dogs she had throughout her lifetime. She cherished the time spent with family and loved ones and never missed an opportunity to share stories of times past. She was quick-witted and always put a smile on the faces around her.
Angeline is survived by son, James (Myrna) Malone; daughters, Bonnie (Dave) Schuette, and Joanne (Ron) Villanueva, 13 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 26 great-great-grandchildren.
