Missy Metor

Missy was born March 21 1970, in Escanaba, the daughter of Donald and Laura (Elliott) Metor.

Missy attended Calvary Baptist Church. She had many interests including working puzzles, collecting coffee mugs, movies, music, and stuffed animals. She had a passion for taking care of her long time friend and companion, her pet turtle Shelby.

Missy is survived by siblings Mike Metor, Mathew Metor, Mark (Rachel) Metor, Greg Metor, Molly Vandekoppel, Mary Backlund, and Melissa Metor, guardians Bea and Rick Micheau, and her boyfriend Jeff Hardwick.

Missy is preceded in death by parents, Donald and Laura.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, May 1, from 3 to 4 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church in Escanaba.
