Sherry Myers
GLADSTONE — Sherry Myers, 66, of Gladstone, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, July 14, 2020.
Sherry was born April 9, 1954, in Escanaba, the youngest of eight children of John and Isabelle VanBrocklin. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed roller blading, biking, kayaking and reading books. In her younger years she had a great passion for karate, was an accomplished Black Belt and competed in many completions through the years.
Sherry is survived by her children, Tom (Carrie) Curtice, Wendy (Jamie) Webber and Bill Curtice; grandchildren, McKenzie, Kendra, Wyatt, Yvonne, Xander, Ashley, Jamie, Deacon and Alexis; great-grandchildren, Trinity, David and Nicholas; siblings, Crocky (Carol) VanBrocklin, Gail Snouwaert, Sandra Beggs, Doc (Alice) VanBrocklin, Rod (Kay) VanBrocklin, Dan (Sue) VanBrocklin and Bob (Kathy) VanBrocklin and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Myers, and her parents.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 19, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Skradski Funeral Home in Gladstone.
It is mandatory that masks are to be worn upon entering the Skradski Funeral Home.
