Margaret J. Revers

Margaret was born on Oct. 25, 1933, in Milwaukee, the daughter of the late William and Irene (Borkowski) Jankowski. Margaret was raised in Milwaukee and was a 1951 graduate of South Division High School. On June 14, 1952, Margaret was united in marriage to Joseph Revers, at St. Josephat Church in Milwaukee, and together the couple shared many wonderful years in Greendale, Wis., where they raised their family, before moving to Kipling in 1979. Her loving husband Joseph preceded her in death on Aug. 6, 2019. Margaret worked for many years for Harnischfeger Corporation. She was a longtime member of All Saints Church in Gladstone and will be deeply missed by her loving family.

Margaret is survived by: daughter, Sandra Ann Mathe; son-in-law, Peter Bort; brother-in-law, Russ Richardson. Also surviving are Margaret’s loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Irene; husband, Joseph[ sons, Michael Joseph and Robert William Revers; daughter, Jane Marie Bort; sisters, Wilma Richardson and Ann Jankowski.

Margaret’s family will receive friends on Thursday from 12 to 1 p.m. at the Skradski Funeral Home in Gladstone. Mass of Christian Burial will follow visitation, at 1 p.m. at All Saints Church, with Rev. Fr. Jamie Ziminski officiating. Margaret will be laid to rest in the Gardens of Rest Cemetery in Wells.
